Terms and Agreements:
Coastal Marketing Group is an independent for sale by owner company, not a real estate brokerage firm. And not affiliated with any timeshare resort.
Coastal Marketing Group will forward all offers t me directly or will screen calls for me, should I decide. Coastal Marketing Group will allow me to negotiate the sale or rental of my timeshare without the involvement of commissions or brokerage fees. Coastal Marketing Group does not provide real estate services and therefore has sold zero (0) time share properties. Our company is not involved in any negotiations for the sale or rental of your property, but we can assist and guide you in the process, however for legal advice, please consult an attorney. The seller understands that the seller is paying for twelve (12) months of marketing and advertising on the internet. Owners at your resort will be contacted to see if there is an interest in upgrading. If your timeshare has not sold or rented within the twelve (12) months, Coastal Marketing Group will continue to market your property for an additional twelve (12) months at no additional cost, upon written request. Coastal Marketing Group is not involved in determining the sale or rental listing price of my timeshare.
TIMESHARE OWNERS RIGHT OF CANCELLATION
Coastal Marketing Group will provide resale advertising services pursuant to this contract. If we identify a person who is interested in purchasing or renting your timeshare interest then, we must provide you with the name, address, and telephone number of such represented interested resale purchaser.
You have the right to cancel for any reason within 10 days after the date you sign this contract. If you decide to cancel this contract, you must notify us in writing of your intent to cancel. Your notice of cancellation shall be effective upon the date sent to S Daytona,, FL 32119 or to firstname.lastname@example.org. Or Fax: 321-285-4934.Your refund will be made within twenty days after receipt of notice of cancellation or within five days after receipt of funds from your cleared check, whichever is later.
